2026 House System Institute Schedule
JUNE 15 – Opening Presentation, Campus Tours, Happy Hour & Dinner
3-5:30 p.m.: For those driving themselves, please park in the main parking lot at the West Entrance. Check-in will take place at the McGonigle Theatre.
3-4 p.m.: Welcome and Campus Introductions, Campus Tours provided by Student Leaders in the House System
4-5:15 p.m.: Opening Session & Student Panel
6-8 p.m.: Dinner and Social at Pepe y Mito’s
*We will have a bus running for this event for all those interested.
JUNE 16 – 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Optional Social
Hotel pick-up will be at 7:30 a.m. from each hotel. Please note that due to traffic, there will be only one bus from each hotel in the morning and one returning in the afternoon.
7:30-8:45 a.m.: Breakfast and Optional Mass
8:50-9:50 a.m.: Session 1
10-11 a.m.: Session 2
11-11:30 a.m.: Think, Pair, Share
11:30 a.m. – 12:20 p.m.: Lunch Provided by Sage
12:30-1:30 p.m.: Session 3
1:45-2:45 p.m.: Session 4
2:50-3:15 p.m.: Sandbox / Think Tank Time with Your School
3:15-3:30 p.m.: Closing Information & Dismissal
3:45 p.m.: Buses Return to Hotels
6-8 p.m.: Dinner & Social at TBD
Buses will run from the hotels to the social, and then back at 8 p.m.
JUNE 17 – 7:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Hotel pick-up will be at 7:30 a.m. from each hotel. Please note that due to traffic, only one bus will run from each hotel in the morning. There will be on-campus storage for your luggage if you plan to leave BL for the airport.
7:45-8:45 a.m.: Breakfast
8:50-9:50 a.m.: Session 5
10-11 a.m.: Session 6 / Closing Session
11:10-11:30 a.m.: Closing Remarks and Logistics, Dismissal for lunch
11:30 a.m.: To-Go Lunches Available for Pick Up
