HOTELS
We will be using The Graduate on Hillcrest (6101 Hillcrest Ave, Dallas, Texas, 75205) and SpringHill Suites Dallas (10111 N Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75231).
At this time, we are waiting for the code to book rooms at the conference-confirmed prices at SpringHill Suites. Once the code is ready, it will be made available here, and an email will be sent out to all registered parties.
Please note that room accommodations must be booked prior to May 16, 2026, to honor the conference room rates; any rooms booked after this date are not guaranteed to be available, let alone at the conference rate.
TRANSPORTATION
Participants are responsible for their transportation to and from the airport. Uber/Lyft are easily accessible throughout Dallas.
Buses will be available to shuttle participants staying at the designated hotels (The Graduate on Hillcrest and Spring Hill Suites) to and from the conference and social hour events.
VISITING DALLAS
While we will offer activities during the conference, you may also want to explore Dallas on your own. Dallas is a great place to visit, whether you plan to come early or extend your visit.
